In a continuous effort to improve the adventure activities and participant satisfaction at GHAC, we bring to you a Feedback Mechanism comprising various modes.  If you don’t like something about us, tell us and we will fix it.  And, if we are doing well, let us know.

We would like you t help us do better and we love to hear from you. Please feel free to share your experiences during a meetup and suggestions for improvement, if any, through the following channels. 



1. Anonymous Feedback    

If you want to tell us something or share your opinion anonymously, post it at www.whatiswrongwith.me/ghac

2. Event Related Feedback

a. Did you attend an event and you feel the event did not match your expectations. 
b. Did you find something which was commendable and wonderful on the part of the Organisers or members
c. You have suggestions to improve the GHAC Events.

3. Suggestions & Ideas

If you have suggestions & ideas and wish to engage the GHAC community in a discussion, please do so at

4. Request for Information or Report a problem

a. Need more information on the club 
b. To know the status of a refund (in case you have not received a satisfactory response from the organizer within 72 hours)

d. Anything else that you would like to bring to the notice of the GHAC Support Team

Our Resolution Team will try to respond to you within 72 hours and resolve the issue at the earliest.
